Perimenopause and menopause can cause havoc with women's physical and mental health. There are over 30 recognised symptoms and the average woman experiences about 7 of those.
CBT and hypnotherapy can both be used powerfully to support women to minimise symptoms and feel optimistic and empowered about this transition stage and about their future post-menopause.
There are wonderful simple tools I can teach clients to minimise their hot flushes - this is absolutely life changing for some women.
