Through a blend of movement, breath work, and mindfulness, I offer energising, calming, and fun Yoga classes. Either online or in person, classes are designed for the time of day; helping us build energy or relaxing & releasing tension- there is something for everyone to enjoy. You are invited to a space of calm, a space to retreat and rest ✨

As we head into the busy festive period we will fully lean into our active, festive and joyful energy. We have so many plans and activities with friends and family to keep us busy.

But the Autumn & Winter months should also be a time for hibernation, a time to slow down and rest 🍁

It can be hard to find that time for ourselves in this festive period, so instead I am carving out that time just for you!

Actually two times! 💜

Come and join me for the ultimate R&R : Rest & Relaxation Workshop.

A time to slow down, stop and retreat into yourself for a moment. A time to gift to you this festive season!

You can expect restorative yoga where we use blocks, bolsters and blankets to settle our bodies into deep rest and relaxation. Followed by Yoga Nidra to calm the mind and a bit of tea afterwards 🥰

Here it is! Our monthly affirmation for October 💜

One I need to hear over and over again and one I hope you all find just as powerful and helpful as I do.

This affirmation is about respect. Listening to ourselves and respecting what comes up. Not judging how we feel, not putting pressure on ourselves but instead just treating our needs with grace and kindness.

Not an easy one I know when it comes to balancing our lives, but hopefully one we can all remind ourselves of every now and then.
