My post yesterday was about making February the month of kindness and giving back so in that spirit I have made some little clay hearts which I have painted red - they aren’t varnished so the colour will bleed if they get wet 😳
They are on the shelves outside the shop and you are welcome to take one and give it to someone to show you care 💜

I’m always looking for something a little bit different and these crystal lamps certainly fit the bill and look so pretty 🤩
I also have some hanging Angel Sun catchers as people have been asking me for them

How’s your January going?
Mine started at breakneck speed and to be honest it’s caught me out 😳
I expected a slow gentle start to the year - ease in gently, slowly build up to a constant pace - instead I feel like I have been running to catch up!!
You may have noticed the new window with the very large snowflake created by my lovely friend Kelly
When I created the window we were expecting lots of the white stuff and if I’m honest I wasn’t ready to remove the snowflakes from the December window
To me snow brings a calm and quietness like nothing else and
It gives me an excuse to showcase my wonderful Selenite
Selenite has always been one of my favourite crystals I think it’s the connection to the moon that draws me to it. Its name is from the Greek Goddess of the moon Selene
Selenite is a delicate crystal which can be easily damaged or scratched so it’s important to look after it
Selenite is such a calming crystal that is great to have in any room
It can be used to cleanse other crystals and helps to release negativity
Selenite is water soluble so no cleansing in water or soaking in water and don’t leave it in a wet or damp room as it won’t be happy !!
It also doesn’t like too much heat which is why I change the bulbs in my lamps for LED ones which give a better light and don’t produce any heat 💜
So if like me you need some calm in your life grab a little piece of selenite and just breathe

Well it’s the end of the week and what a week!!
I had planned a quiet start back but it’s been anything but quiet 😆
We have been busy soundproofing the treatment room to ensure that my treatment customers have the best possible experience 💜
I also had the great privilege to teach some young people who are part of a very special group a crystal grid workshop working with Rose Quartz and sending healing energy 💜
It never ceases to amaze me how creative they are and how each picture is different just take a look below - aren’t they amazing 💜
My takeout from this week is
1. I absolutely love teaching and 2026 will involve more of that
2. Things always take longer than you expect
3. There is no such thing as a quiet week 🤪
I hope you all had a great week and that you are easing into January in a more relaxed way than me !! 🤣

A look back to December 2018 when I had my Market Stall 😱
Judging by the layers I am wearing it was cold ❄️
Today I am blessed to have my shop which is lovely and warm 🙏
It’s interesting to look back to see how far I have come 😮
Also a reminder for us all not to dwell in the past as no progress is made there 🤔
I’m open today until around 2pm if you fancy some retail therapy or to just top up on the lovely energy 💫

It’s the end of the year and what a year it’s been!
For me it hasn’t been an easy year it’s been a lot of hard work and a lot of learning and self healing and I expect many of you may feel the same 💜
There is a tendency at this time of year to look at all the things we didn’t do or are left undone and make resolutions to do better to try harder - let’s not do that just now!!
If it’s not completed there is a reason for this 🤔
If we didn’t do it there is a reason for this 🤔
Accept it and leave it in the old year
Celebrate your wins be proud of what you have done this year - even if it’s only to make it to the end of the year! 👏
As we go into the year don’t make grand plans just yet . 🗓️
Let those seeds continue to germinate in the dark of the year 🌱
Make self care and kindness your goal for the next few months so that you will be ready to do what needs to be done - what you want to do💜
Make you a priority not second best be kind to yourself and do something that brings you joy 🤩
And above all be grateful for all things - I know I am 💜
Grateful for the kindness and support of you and all my customers 💜
Grateful for the support of my friends and hubby 💜
Grateful for Mother Earth 🌍
Grateful for a warm fire and good coffee 😉
Whatever you do to welcome in the New Year enjoy and I look forward to seeing you next year 🥰
