Had a lovely visit from students from the local college who asked if they could visit us as part of their voluntary unit within their course.

It was lovely seeing two different generations come together, we played some games & the residents introduced the students to some song they used to sing when they were younger & the students did the same, surprisingly a few of the songs chosen by the students were from the 70’s & 80’s so our residents recognised them & the ‘upto date’ songs were a big hit with our residents.

It was a very wholesome morning

Had a lovely morning testing our knowledge with some quizzes.

We managed to name a country for every letter of the alphabet, named foods starting with different letters & did a proverb quiz.

We finished up with a sing song.
