And we have lift off!!! Still bedding in, but so happy to announce the new clinic/studio went into action yesterday. I treated some lovely souls for the first time in there and today we are on the reformer by Thank you to for creating this amazing space for me and the Ocean Wellness community ❤️

Happy New Year Everyone! Online classes and private tuition starts up again on Tuesday 7th January 2025. All Kinesiology treatments will be at a temporary clinic…the address will be sent out with all email reminders.

As a Kinesiologist I see lots of clients that have problems with their skin. The skin is communicating that something bigger is going on inside. It also can take some time to work through this and get results but we do get them by balancing many of the systems, and working through emotions. Did you know that stress is one of the biggest triggers that will lead to our skin developing a problem?

Going back some 8 or so years ago, I figured out that gluten was keeping me sick. Those who know me, knew how bad it was. I had been under the wonderful care of Guys & St.Thomas’ Lupus clinic for 20 years. Up until that point and in my whole life I had never felt truly well. One day the Doctors decided immunotherapy was the way to go. I declined and I asked them if looking at my diet would make a difference and they said “it’s possible”. I’ve not knowingly touched gluten or dairy since and have not looked back. If I eat it by accident, I get a flare up and I’m a broken human for weeks! I have to think about my health everyday. What I eat, how and when I exercise, the amount of water I drink, the supplements I consume, the quality of sleep I get, the rest I factor in to my life, and the stress and emotions I have to deal with. I, like anyone still gets sick from time to time but on the whole - I’m ok. The consultant at the Lupus clinic told me the last time we spoke “I wish everyone could take charge of their health in the same way - Keep doing what you’re doing”. So my advice is, if you want to stay sick - keep doing what you’re doing. And if you don’t want to be sick anymore, then let’s change it. It’s hard and constant work…but it will work - I promise 🙏

A lot of us out there may have been told at some stage in our lives that we were not good enough or made to feel stupid, and believed this to be true. You ARE GOOD ENOUGH! We all are. Go out and be who you were always destined to be🙏 Think highly of yourself. Love yourself. Be your own best friend. Trust the decisions you make. Believe you deserve the best of everything. Raise your vibration and speak kindly to yourself always

Teenage client presets with hip/groin pain radiating into lumbar area and inside of thigh. These incredible before and after photos show how daily stress has impacted him structurally. The after photo is taken half way through treatment before I had even started on the skeletal techniques! is simply amazing 🙏
