It’s been a little while since we last posted, and we’ve noticed some new faces joining our page – welcome! 👋

For anyone who doesn’t know us yet, Full Circle Care is a family-run service based here in Wiltshire. We’re passionate about delivering person-centred, compassionate support that helps people feel safe, valued, and truly at home – whether that’s in their own home or in the wider community. 💜

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more about what we do, our ethos, and some helpful tips and resources for families navigating care.

Full Circle Care Wiltshire is a family-run team with a shared passion for providing care that truly makes a difference. We understand first-hand how tough it can be to find professional, reliable support for loved ones at home—and that’s exactly why we’re here.

With a combined experience of over 30 years across both hands-on care and managerial roles, we bring warmth, knowledge, and compassion to every person and every situation. From supporting complex needs to promoting independence and dignity, we believe everyone deserves care that feels personal and empowering.

We also understand that navigating the care system can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to coordinating with District Nurses, community teams, and other professionals. We’re here to help guide and support you through those tricky situations—making things as smooth and stress-free as possible.
