🌊✨ SAVE THE DATE – *International Women’s Day Celebration ✨*🌊

To celebrate the incredible ladies and girls of Down Triathlon Club, we’re hosting a special Dip, Sauna, Guest Speaker (Jess Russell) & Refreshments afternoon

At Strangford Sailing Club�📅 Sunday 8th March �⏰ 2–5pm

Thanks to a small grant from *Sported and SportNI -* Be Seen, Be Heard, Belong campaign - this event is FREE for members and guests — and you’re very welcome to bring a friend along 💙

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Give to Gain” — a chance to connect, share experiences, support one another and celebrate everything our club community brings.

* 2–3pm: Ladies‑only sauna & dip (16+ for sauna)�
* From 3pm: Gents can earn their dip + sauna privileges 😉 �(tea‑serving duties may apply ☕)

🍰 All welcome to attend, even if you’re not dipping.

Competition time to promote our work with sports clubs we are offering a free session for your club for recovery after training, preparation for a match or just to spoil yourselves. We will come to you any evening mid week for a two hour free session all you have to do is like and share this post and tag your club. soccer, hockey, GAA, Swim or any club. Draw to take place 7th march get tagging
