Thanks so much to everyone involved in Warrenpoint Art Group who recently presented Anne and Manus with a cheque for £1,100, raised through sales of their 2026 calendar. It featured beautiful artwork by some of their talented members.

We delighted that this donation will help us fund some of our social activities this year. Thanks again to everyone at Warrenpoint Art Group!

We were delighted to present Anne and Manus from Arbour House with a cheque for £1,100, raised through sales of our 2026 calendar featuring artwork by many of our talented members.

What began as an idea to grow a £500 fund turned into something special. Thanks to the support of the Port Fund Warrenpoint Port, which covered printing costs, every penny from calendar sales went directly towards this donation - and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Arbour House is a voluntary respite project in Warrenpoint that provides social activities and programmes for adults with learning disabilities. It’s heartwarming to know that this contribution will help support some extra activities and special moments over the summer.

We want to thank each and every person who purchased the calendar and supporting our fundraising project. Special thanks to our member Catherine who went over and beyond to make this a success.

We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to the many local shops in Warrenpoint who kindly sold the calendars on our behalf—your support made a real difference.

Everyone involved with Arbour House is heartbroken to hear about the passing of one of our founding members, Paula Jordan MBE.
Paula was an inspiration to so many of us. The passion and enthusiasm that she poured into setting up Arbour House with Sr Anna Maria, Sarah and Mary will never be forgotten and lives on in the legacy of what we do now.
We extend our sincere condolences to her family and friends, especially Joe, Nora, Lynn and Paul.
May she rest in peace.

Funeral arrangements
Paula's remains will repose in her home at 152 Banbridge Road, Gilford and all welcome to call between the hours of 12.00Noon and 8.00pm on Friday and Saturday.
Paula's Funeral Mass will take place in
St. Patrick and St. Colman's Church, Laurencetown
on Sunday 19th April at 12.30pm
followed by interment in adjoining cemetery.
May she rest in peace.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her soul.
Family flowers only - donations in lieu of flowers to Sperrinview Special School, Dungannon. .

A great afternoon catching up and enjoying festive crafts , bingo and some delicious food from Diamonds . Thank you to Anne , Sinead and Colette for organising such a fantastic afternoon. Thanks to Warrenpoint GAA for the use of the hall & facilities. A very special thank you to Santa for dropping in to say hello !! 🎅

Calendar shows their beautiful artwork and is available in local shops. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity!

Warrenpoint Art Group are delighted to announce the release of our 2026 calendar, showcasing a selection of beautiful artwork created by our members.

We are proud to partner with local organisation Arbour House, who will receive all proceeds from the calendar.

Thanks to generous funding from Warrenpoint Port, we were able to cover all printing costs, which means 100% of the money raised will go directly to Arbour House.

Arbour House is a small, volunteer-led charity based in Warrenpoint that provides day-based short breaks for adults with learning disabilities. Their focus is on social inclusion and wellbeing, offering a wide range of activities such as arts and crafts, cinema outings, bowling trips, and more—all supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.

The calendars are priced at £5 each and will soon be available in local shops.

Colette, Anne and Ella were delighted to meet up with Mark and his Dad Kevin this week to accept a cheque for a fantastic £646 for Arbour House. Mark raised the money when he had his 50th birthday recently and asked for donations to Arbour house in lieu of gifts. Thanks so much to Mark - and happy birthday! 🎂🎉❤️
