So, if you have an early riser this clock change is for you! That 5am will feel like 6am for a little while anyway.
This is by far the easier of the 2 changes, but if you are looking to tackle it, here are my best options.
If you do have an early riser and in a couple of weeks your little one is creeping back to that pre 6am time, get in touch and let’s see what we can do.
The only downside of this change is that the nights get lighter. Great for BBQ’s but not for the production of the sleepy hormone melatonin.
Get those blackout blinds at the ready folks.
