Hey everyone, I'm Clare and I'm the founder of She Is Strong Fitness!
I've put my heart and soul into creating a thriving community of amazing women, who I help achieve their health and fitness goals. I also love working with women on a one-to-one basis, in personal training sessions, or wellbeing coaching. My personal experience of being a midlife woman has led me to now specialize in working with women at the Peri to Post Menopause phase of their lives too, which I adore!
It is the BEST job in the world! I've been working with women for 30 years now and all of this experience means that I now help so many women of all ages implement lifestyle changes and lead a happy, healthy life, yes it IS possible to be both!
I’m a Mum to Holly (21), Luis (17), both are students and yep, it’s blinkin’ expensive! I’m married to Simon and we also have a fur baby doggy called Milo who’s adorable!
I LOVE to cook, and I have tons of recipe books that I love to read cover to cover. I adore doing anything active, open water swimming, hiking, DANCING lights my soul up. My most treasured possessions are Queen B… that’s my bike. I love to take her out to sail around the countryside with the girls whenever I can, especially as it normally involves an amazing brunch! Brunch is the best! Plus my muddy walking boots, we go on some fabulous adventures together, being high in the Lake District fells is my favourite place!
