Today our little group enjoyed making there own sensory teethers to take home and help them through this difficult part of development.

Whilst exploring the sensory baskets, bowls and enjoying our messy activity. Parents & Carers enjoyed a cuppa with a homemade fresh strawberry and cream meringue. 🍰☕️

Next week we are on holiday but back for our final session of the term on Monday 3rd July until September.

On Monday’s session we will be making sensory teether’s as it seems that a lot of our little ones are struggling with teething so why not help them out while having some fun.

Our class for Monday is now full, we have a couple of slots left for Monday 3rd July and then we will be finishing for summer.

We will be back in September same place and time and I will be posting over the summer for new block bookings or PAYG sessions.

Todays session we enjoyed edible sand and buried treasure, while Mums/Carers enjoyed homemade banoffee cake and a cuppa. 🍰☕️

We have a couple of slots left available for Mondays session at Croft Village Memorial Hall. Sessions run from 11.15am-12-15pm and are £10 PAYG. Come along for some learning through play, a variety of open ended resources for your little ones to explore while you meet other parents and have a cuppa and piece of homemade cake.

I will also be on hand for any support with early development and activity ideas.

We had such a great session today, summer themed with edible sand and fresh summer flowers. We also made diy sensory bottles to take home with our little ones. 🌞🌸🌼🌻

During our sessions we use a variety of real plants flowers and herbs. This is inspired by The Rudolph Steiner approach and bringing nature indoors, teaching children to love nature. 🪴

Children learn to take care of them along with plants having many health benefits including cleaning the air and that they support healing.

Rory enjoyed working with edible plants and herbs last week, using his senses and curiosity to discover the different plants.

This weekend we will be planting them in our vegetable and herb garden. 🍅 🌿
