*What is it?
6 sessions of Crystal Reiki for the price of 5
*Why is it called a program?
This is where you and I work together as a team on your 6 week journey of self care. Commitment is key to fully benefit from this program.
*Why is it different to having a single Crystal Reiki treatment?
On the program you may be given homework/tasks to complete in between your appointments to help you explore your feelings, thoughts and help to accelerate your progression, helping you to overcome any obstacles that may arise. You will receive follow up calls to ensure that you feel totally supported on your journey and given advice on any symptoms related to a healing response.
*What is a Healing Response?
Feeling worse before you feel better. Occasionally the effects can be felt immediately after you have had your treatment, but it is usually the morning after. Your body will be eliminating waste and the treatment will have quickened the whole process, sometimes with unpleasant symptoms. These may be headaches, aches & pains, emotional outbursts, reliving old memories, thoughts and feelings. Once the healing response has passed, you should start to feel more balanced. Regular treatments will reduce the symptoms caused by a healing response.
