✨Bringing Calm To MY Chaos✨

This time last week I was contacting clients to cancel all bookings for the remainder of the year due to a fall 🥹

This fall involved tripping over the dogs bed and resulted in a dislocated elbow and a fractured arm, which is now in plaster until the new year 🥺

My week has been an emotional rollercoaster, being unable to drive or work has been tough.

I have learnt that I need to allow myself to be vulnerable, ask for help and to let people help me 🫶

This has been hard, I’m usually the 1 who helps people, I’m the 1 who provides treatments that support your mental help needs, yet here I am struggling to accept your help.

Such a learning curve!!

Thank you all so much for your continued support, offers of lunch dates, shopping trips, and even offers to help wash my hair 🥹 lol 🫶

This is part of my journey to embrace growth which will enable me to help you on a deeper level.

I’m not able to provide treatments until the new year, however gift vouchers are still available ready for when the time is right 🙌

So..
Life becomes very busy, bills to pay, chores to keep up with, people to look after, the list can be endless 🤷‍♀️

All these things take their toll on us, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Do we listen?
Do we notice when our body is yelling at us to slow down?

We definitely DO NOT!

That is until we are forced to STOP!
To LISTEN & to BREATHE!

I have been forced and make time to take stock and listen 🙏🏻

Morning all 🫶

Thank you so so much for your lovely messages of support and encouragement 🥰 so much love 🥰

We are sent signs and when we don’t take notice or listen, something will always happen to make us.

Mine?
I was rushing, we were supposed to be heading out for the night and I was racing to the loo before we left, tripped over the dog bed and crashed to the kitchen floor 😖

All plans were cancelled, straight to the hospital instead.

I’ve spent the last few weeks complaining how I never get time to myself or to read my wonderful books, read through previous training courses or update old knowledge.

Well.. be careful what you wish for lol

My injury’s are temporary and wil heal, but I’ve certainly been shown that I need to slow down and practice what I preach.

I’ve been sent so much love and kindness from friends, clients and even people who I have never even met 🥹

Hi all 🥺
Unfortunately I’ve had a fall which has resulted in a dislocated elbow and a small fracture. This means I’m now unable to work or drive for the next couple of months 🥺

I’m going through my diary to cancel all bookings but if you have a treatment scheduled can you please cancel, I’m hoping to get round to everyone tonight.
