👀 Okay, I know it looks strange…fingers inside your mouth??
That was my first thought too when I came across a video of buccal massage — but I had to try it.
After experiencing it myself, I was amazed. As someone who holds a lot of tension in the face and jaw, the release I felt was incredible — and I was so surprised by how visibly sculpted, lifted and glowy my face looked afterwards ✨
