Top tips to help combat loneliness for older people. 🧡

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as caring for our physical health.

Feeling connected is vital to good mental health, especially in later life. In our latest blog, we focuses on loneliness in elderly people, exploring the causes, how it impacts people, and the small acts of kindness that can make a big difference.

Our Area Director - Paul Allam celebrated his 40th Birthday recently and we wanted to show him how important he is to our home, he is definitely part of Summerville 🎉

🎉 Fabulous Fundraising Friday 🎉

On Friday our Home Manager and our wonderful Administrator organised a tea and cake afternoon, where we had raffle prizes and a cake sale to raise some money for the home to give back to our beautiful residents. What a wonderful afternoon it was, all our staff joined in and we had an Autumn Quiz, raising over £200 for the Residents.

We would like to thank everyone who came and supported us, what was a fabulous afternoon it was 😀
