Today we hosted not one, but two incredible sessions with the brilliant Laurie from Freddie's Farm ✨, using the amazing David Lloyd Warrington Crèche - giving us the space (and entertainment for little ones ❤️) to really do this properly.
We learned so much, but what stood out most was the feeling of togetherness.
The first group was mums learning about nutrition - feeling safe enough to talk about where we sometimes mess up, don’t meet our own standards, or openly admit we’re just confused 🤯
We asked real questions, shared real-life experiences, opened up, and as a result we learned so much and got real value from the time 💫
And for the second group, we got a glimpse into what it really takes to build a business alongside motherhood - full of openness and inspiration.
There was so much energy and honesty in the room.
Real questions. Real conversations.
Just real women, figuring it out together ❤️
This is exactly what Walking Mums was always meant to be.
And getting to bring together brands like Freddie’s Farm, spaces like David Lloyd, and brilliant mums in one room, in a way that genuinely supports this stage of life — is something I’m really proud of.
