This is the first funeral that I have had to organise and I had no idea what to do, but from the first meeting with Carl I knew I was in safe hands. He went through all the options and choices we had to make and we were able to leave things in his capable hands. Even on the day of Ted's funeral he was there making sure everything went to plan. I can't thank him enough and I would recommend him to anyone who has lost a loved one.
