Our colleague Luke visited Servite Court today for an informal chat with the residents all about our Home visit eye and hearing tests. It was great spending time with everyone and explaining how we can bring these services straight to their doorstep. ๐Ÿ‘“๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿก

We had the absolute pleasure of supporting Warrington VIP at their recent Family Fun Day โ€“ a fantastic event filled with smiles, sunshine, and meaningful conversations. ๐Ÿ’ฌโ˜€๏ธ

It was a lovely opportunity to meet members of the local community and the families of the patients we care for in our clinics. Building those connections โ€“ not just with our patients, but with their loved ones โ€“ is such an important part of delivering the best care possible. โค๏ธ

We kicked off the week strong with Luke attending a lovely coffee morning at St Johns Court in Warrington! โ˜•๏ธ We had the pleasure of chatting with some amazing residents, and of course, we brought along a delicious cake to sweeten the day ๐Ÿฐ.

We helped several residents book in for eye exams that they might not have had the opportunity to access otherwise! ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

And that's not all! Anthony could also be found in Runcorn at Hazelhurt Apartments, having great conversations with residents and booking in eye exams as well! Itโ€™s so rewarding to know weโ€™re making a real difference in our community. Looking forward to more moments like these! ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿง Fun Fact About Charlotte: It was actually her brother who pointed her toward a career in optometry! At the time, Charlotte wasnโ€™t sure which direction to take, but now she says it was the best decision she ever made!

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications: Charlotte studied at Bradford University and completed her pre-registration year in Cambridge. A decade of experience later, she continues to make an incredible impact on the lives of her patients.

๐Ÿ’– Whatโ€™s the Most Rewarding Part of Her Job? For Charlotte, itโ€™s all about making a difference in her patients' lives. "The most rewarding part of my job is being able to give valuable care to vulnerable patients. Seeing their faces light up when I can improve their eyesight with new glasses or relieve their discomfort from conditions like dry eye always puts a smile on my face. Often, we are the only visitor a patient might have in a day โ€“ weโ€™re more than just health professionals; weโ€™re able to provide company and brighten their day."

At Specsavers Domiciliary Warrington, we believe everyone deserves access to quality eye care, no matter their circumstances. If you or a loved one is unable to visit the store, we can bring our expert eye tests to your doorstep!

You may be entitled to a home visit eye exam if: ๐Ÿ”น You are unable to get to the store due to mental or physical disabilities ๐Ÿ”น You are housebound due to limited mobility or have a visual impairment.

In these cases, you could be eligible for an NHS eye test right in the comfort of your home! ๐Ÿก
