I love learning from people who are truly passionate about their subjects ✨

On Saturday I joined a wonderful workshop with the lovely Louise ( ), learning about essential oils and how they can support our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

On Sunday I enrolled in a Hypnotherapy CPD course focused on supporting clients who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment.

This is me with my lovely friend from primary school back in 2013. It’s hard to believe that just two months later I experienced a complete breakdown that I didn’t see coming (it’s a long story) - an event that changed my life forever. While incredibly challenging, that experience ultimately set me on the path to becoming a solution focused hypnotherapist.

Having been there myself, I’m deeply passionate about helping others before they reach their tipping point.

The primitive brain is wired for negativity and naturally focuses on the worst-case scenario. As a result, everyday stressors - like the start of the working week - can trigger the same adrenaline and cortisol response as a life-threatening event. The good news is that slowing your breath, grounding your attention in the present moment, and reminding yourself that you are safe can help signal calm to your nervous system and restore balance.

Neuroplasticity reminds us that the brain is always capable of change.

Every thought we repeat strengthens a neural pathway - just like footprints forming a trail in fresh snow
