Before we begin the trance part of a hypnotherapy session, we always start with goal setting.

This is one of the most important parts of the process. Hypnosis works best when your mind has a clear direction. Instead of focusing on the problem, we focus on what you want to experience instead.

Together we explore questions like:
✨ What do you want to change?
✨ How would you like to feel instead?
✨ What will be different when this shift happens?

This step helps your mind move from “what I don’t want” to “what I do want.” That clarity allows the subconscious to work towards a specific outcome during the trance.

Hypnotherapy isn’t about losing control - it’s about working with your mind to create the change you want.

Every session begins with understanding your goal so the work we do in trance is focused, meaningful, and aligned with you.

The last 12 months have been some of the most life-changing and challenging of my life.

I made the decision to follow a new path, train as a hypnotherapist, and start my own business. There were moments of doubt, but also so much growth.

This week I turned 53, and I feel incredibly grateful to be stepping into this new chapter doing something I truly believe in - helping others create positive change in their lives.

It’s never too late to start something new.

On Saturday I joined a wonderful workshop with the lovely Louise ( ), learning about essential oils and how they can support our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

On Sunday I enrolled in a Hypnotherapy CPD course focused on supporting clients who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment.
