I didn’t expect this… but these have become my favourite product I make 🤍

I’ve had one simmering since this morning and my whole house just smells so warm, soft, and inviting.

🌿 She Simmers – Sacred Home Infusions 🌿

🌕 The Worm Moon & The Feminine Thaw 🌸

Tonight’s Worm Moon rises as the earth begins to soften.
Beneath the surface, the soil is waking.
The worms return.
The roots begin to stir.
The frozen ground exhales.
And so do we.

This is HUGE.
There is currently a UK government petition calling for increased funding for PMDD, PME and menopause screening within mental health services — and it matters more than people realise.
As someone who lives with severe PMDD, I’ve hit brick walls trying to access care, support, and even basic understanding. PMDD is not “just a few bad days”. It’s daily mental, emotional and physical struggle that is still misunderstood, dismissed, or not believed at all.
Mental health services must account for menstrual and hormonal health — especially in crisis care, talking therapies and assessments.
We’ve already seen how long it took for conditions like endometriosis to be taken seriously (just watch the BAFTA-winning documentary). PMDD cannot wait another decade.
