Animals give us so much… and we need to honour, love and respect them.

Spaniel Owners' instruction/disclaimer note 🤣🤣🤣

Dear Owner,
Congratulations on acquiring your Spaniel. Please find the instructions for your particular model listed below:

Although your Spaniel comes fully assembled, due to particular issues during production, we do occasionally have problems with components such as screws. They invariably are either loose or missing altogether.

Mode 1: This is the sleep mode, activated for short periods of the day as the Spaniel matures. This is normal and you should not worry about it, just accept the peace and quiet while you can.

Mode 2: Anarchy. Although we have tried to ease the effect of anarchy mode, it’s not always possible. There are inherent issues with the timer settings of anarchy mode in regards to there being none. Should your Spaniel suddenly go from comatose to running around the walls, we cannot stop this feature.

Sunlight: Do not allow your Spaniel to stay in the sun too long. They can burn if left unattended but they also recharge. Too much of a charge and Mode 2 (above) can be activated without warning.

Energy consumption: This has been an ongoing issue as their energy consumption is too direct. We have tried to put baffles, non return valves and diversions in place but none seem to work adequately.

Naming: Your Spaniel comes untitled as we feel owners should use names of their own. If you are unsure, we have listed below a few names our owners like to use:

Software: Your Spaniel is re-installed with the highest software and hardware. This includes the loyalty chip, the steal the dinner chip, fun chip, accompany you to the bathroom chip, takeover your life chip, fur in everything chip, and of course, the highly popular mayhem chip. They are all running on the Whatthehell operating system 12.2. Although this has been in circulation for many years, we have found it simply cannot be improved upon.

The more we give love, the more we can receive love.
Love is limitless. Love = Love.
Did you know that psychiatrists recommend having a pet?
A dog, for example, will brings love and fills our hearts with love.
There is much research done to suggest that love will prolong our life too. In fact, it is said that having a dog can extend our life by ten years!
Just think of all the exercises, diets and the many other regeimes that so many people go through to enable them to live a longer and healthier life, when they could just get a dog!

It is actually true too, because love increases endorphins, which are life-enhancing hormones.
The energy of love together with a dog, can help us LEAD and live a healthier and longer life.
Live, love and get a dog!☺️✨

INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY

💙The hardest part about having a dog is not the "commitment” of having to take them outside at regular times…whether it's cold or hot, rain or snow… when we are tired, or just wish we didn’t have to.
💙The hardest part is knowing that they will only be with us for a relatively short time.
💙The hardest part isn’t even even realising we haven’t a free life … not being able to go on foreign holidays or to any posh events …because of “the Dog”. (Who cares anyway !!!)
💙The hardest part…… is when we see that the colours of their furry coats are no longer as bright… and much more of it seems to come off.
💙The hardest part is wondering if they are hurting…if they are in pain.
💙The hardest part is to see that they dont really want to play with the favourite ball any more… and that they are struggling to walk never mind run.
💙The hardest part is remembering that lovely and often naughty puppy we first met is now imprisoned in a body that no longer allows them to do what they could do a few years ago.
💙The hardest part is accepting the fact that they are with us for only a little part of our life……while we are with them for the whole of their life!
💙The hardest part is missing them when they aren’t there any more… when we forget and want to shout their names and wonder where they are.
💙The hardest part is not having that unconditional love from them and not having them to give it back!
The hardest part is learning to deal with that pain in our heart, knowing it will never go away .

💙I will never forget or get over the pain of holding my Ruby dog in my arms, feeling her life force energy slip away.
I feel that every single day…and will do forever.
That for me is very definitely the hardest part.

Hello I'm a bat 🦇
I’m not a vampire so please don’t be scared of me.
If I fly into your house by mistake, please don’t be frightened or…scare me any further. I could be very hurt as well as scared.
It would just be mistake that I’m in your house and not my intention.
If you find me on the ground, chances are I can't fly away by myself. Maybe you can help me by grabbing a towel, picking me up gently and taking me out. As soon as I feel the open air, I'll fly away in no time, I promise you.
I feed on mosquitoes and many other insects and without me there would be many more. So..im a good help for you!
I’m not a danger, in fact…I work silently every night to make the environment better for you to live in.
Our homes are disappearing due to trees being felled for construction and finding shelter is getting harder and harder for us. If I happen to enter your space, you can help me by turning off the lights inside and turning on a light outside and leaving the door open.
If you can do this I will find my way and leave in no time.

“One for sorrow, two for joy, three for a letter, four for a boy”……..I remember this old rhyme from my childhood!
We have so many magpies around and two are sat on my back garden fence, chattering away.

Magpies are so very intelligent. It is said that when you see these birds, you also mirror their wit and intelligence!….oooh that’s me lol. 🤣
They are very clever and creative birds too…always looking for a way to do things. The Magpie can even identify itself in a mirror….the only non mammalian that is able to do that apparently.
Magpies can imitate our voice and do so many other things as they are easy to train. In experiments it has been found that these birds can play games, work in teams and also that they grieve too. 🥹
This fabulous bird is supposed to be able to understand our voice and tone and it can be taught to respond. Magpies are also very social birds.
I love looking at the symbolism surrounding animals and Magpies symbolise wisdom, having good self awareness and the ability to make good and wise life choices.

Seeing magpies is a sign of joy and happiness in life…and good news or good times coming…maybe a time of change for the better if we are going through tough times.

The negative symbolisms about these birds is that they have a bit of a reputation…because they like to steal and take things, especially shiny objects! This isn’t because they like them and are attracted to them…apparently it’s because they are scared of them and so wish to take them and hide them away! Bless them!
Because of the stealing though…it is symbolic of deceit.
Magpies are also opportunists…and will pounce on another bird when least expected and steal its food. They have also been known to form a group and pick on one bird and so…magpies can also be symbolic of opportunity.
Lots to think about there then…I think I will focus on the positives though and await good times to come!

In the spring of 1950, in the forests of northern Russia, while on a research mission, a photographer captured the upsetting scene of a little bear cub standing beside its lifeless mother. The puppy stood by her side, trembling, until he disappeared into the trees.
No one expected the bear would be able to survive because he was so tiny and young and surely not able to know how to find his own food. Animals rarely survived the harsh northern wilderness without the protection of a mother. But…. nature, apparently, had other plans!
Ten years later,the research team returned to the same region. While monitoring the activity of wolves, they spotted an unusual sight in a ravine: three wolves on alert and behind them, a huge brown bear. Yet the bear wasn’t hostile or tense…they all moved together, with synchronised body language, as members of the same family.
As the photographer poised his camera, he was surprised to see a large scar shining in the light on the bears ear….the same scar the pup bear had when he was photographed many years ago.
Somehow, after losing its mother, the puppy was welcomed by the wolves, who had raised him, hunted with him, shown him how to be and made him one of their own.
This bear, who stood in front of them, was living proof that in nature the family does not need to be related by blood but by nurturing, loyalty and love.
I think that is such a beautiful story don’t you?
