📅 Thursday 30th October | 7:00–8:30pm (in-person)

Join us for our Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Workshop — a relaxed, supportive evening all about understanding and managing the low moods that can come with darker days. 🌙

We’ll explore simple, effective ways to boost energy, improve mood, and bring more light into your winter routine.

✨ The first hour (7–8pm) is an open drop-in — come and chat, ask questions, and see what Warrington’s Mind Coach is all about.
🕗 The workshop starts at 8pm.

And since it’s half term — if you’d like to pop in during the day with your child, I’ll be available for a few relaxed daytime chats too ☕

This weekend, Sam is completing IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) training 🧠

IEMT is an innovative and effective approach that helps people process difficult emotions, reduce anxiety, and break unhelpful thought patterns. It works by exploring how our minds link emotions to memories — creating lasting change and emotional balance.

✨ It’s a powerful way to help individuals move forward with more confidence, calm, and self-understanding.

We’re really looking forward to bringing this new approach into our work at WMC — and as part of this, we’ll soon be looking for case studies to take part in our upcoming IEMT sessions.
