There’s something we see all the time with the women who find our podcast.
(And if we’re honest, we both dip in and out of this ourselves too.)
You’re doing *a lot* of work on yourself.
You listen to podcasts while driving (and washing and cleaning 😮💨)
You save posts to come back to later.
You journal when you can.
You think (*and think and think*) about your patterns.
You *understand* why you are the way you are.
And yet…
Your mind still doesn’t give you a minute’s peace.
You lie in bed replaying conversations you had earlier that day.
You make mental lists of everything you *should* be doing tomorrow.
