Loved presenting a workshop on Emotional Freedom Techniques and Reiki healing treatments in this beautiful house. I can’t wait to do this again next year!

Happy Autumn Equinox! Today the hours of daylight are the same as the night. After a gorgeous warming summer full of abundance and light and feeling grateful for all we have, it’s time to start getting cosy and warm and reflecting inwards. As the trees let go of their leaves, so can we let go of patterns and emotions that are not serving us.

So grateful for the team behind another fantastic Verve Festival near Salisbury. Amazing breathwork, shamanic drumming, healing and yoga in a beautiful setting. Feeling chilled after such a restorative weekend of self care, green space and meeting new people.
