Today is the start of National Feet Week 👣

As a reflexologist, I see hundreds of pairs of feet, all different shapes, sizes, colours and textures. Some people say they don’t like their feet, but I promise you, your feet are all different and that’s ok. What really matters is that you give your feet the time and care that they deserve. After all, they literally carry you through life so deserve the very best.

Reflexology is the perfect way to pamper your feet. Not only is a treatment incredibly relaxing, you may benefit in other ways too; such as better sleep, improved mood, releasing tension and promoting positive wellbeing.

Give reflexology a try and feel the benefit yourself.

Day 2 of our 2nd teaching weekend was all about an introduction to anatomy, physiology and pathology, getting to grips with planning bespoke treatments, practitioner skills and practising some new practical techniques. An amazing weekend full of enthusiasm for new learning on the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology course in Birmingham.
