"As a group of charities that exist to make the world better for autistic people, we want to see governments focusing on following high-quality evidence to help autistic people thrive instead of focusing on disproven theories."

We have issued a joint statement with leading UK autism charities in response to the Trump administration's latest claims about autism.

We feel so lucky to be able to use the lovely rooms at Southam Speaking Space (complete with wonderful bespoke artwork) for our autism and ADHD assessment and post-diagnostic work.

Ahead of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, I wanted to share this wonderful, neuroaffirmative website and there are some great (and free!) talks happening all next week. If you're not available when they're scheduled then you can sign up anyway and watch back later as they will all be recorded. There are lots of useful resources on the website to explore, including resources for schools that you could share.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week aims to bring about worldwide neurodiversity acceptance, equality and inclusion in schools and workplaces.

We got the keys!!!
Mindsight Psychology Services and Communication Train - Speech and Language Therapy are very excited to welcome you ‘Southam Speaking Space’ in the coming weeks. Here we will complete our autism and ADHD assessments and offer speech and language therapy and psychology support from our fresh new therapy rooms at Brewsters Corner Business Centre.

Reviewing our autism related resources this morning and we wanted to highlight this brilliant book. It was only published last year but is one we now recommend to parents of newly diagnosed autistic young people. It's a brilliant, neurodiversity-affirming book to help navigate the 'What now?' post-diagnosis with lots of useful strategies and relevant information. Would be a great read for teachers too!

Autism can present very differently in girls, and we often see girls coming much later for a diagnostic assessment as some of the early signs can be missed, especially at school.
