✨Introducing the Homeopathic part of my practice.
Award-winning holistic therapist and registered homeopath with over 30 years of experience helping people heal naturally. 💫

My own journey with homeopathy began when I was just 20. Since childhood, I suffered with persistent sore throats that nothing seemed to shift. When I finally turned to homeopathy, the results were life-changing – I haven’t had a single sore throat since. That experience ignited my passion and set me on the path to dedicating my life to this beautiful, gentle, and powerful system of healing. 🌿

I went on to complete the 4-year training at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud, and I continue to deepen my knowledge every year through CPD courses and advanced study. Today, I support clients with a wide range of issues, from skin conditions like acne, rosacea, eczema, and reactive skin, to hormone balance, energy, emotional wellbeing, and stress management.

Alongside my practice, I’m proud to work as the UK trainer for internationally recognised skincare brand Dr. Hauschka, chosen because of its roots in anthroposophy and its beautiful connection to homeopathy through WALA remedies and homeopathic preparations within its skincare products. 🌸

Schools back, and I thought it would be an ideal time to reintroduce myself , beginning with the teaching aspect of my work.

✨ Alongside treating clients in my practice, teaching has been a central part of my journey. With over 30 years of experience as a holistic therapist, I extend my teaching into my therapy practice by offering 😉 Face Yoga classes. Enjoyed as fun, lively group sessions, or as individual lessons, forming part of a comprehensive anti-aging program.
Face Yoga supports skin vitality and tone, and a renewed sense of natural radiance and confidence.
💚 I have had the honour of working as the UK Treatment Trainer for Dr. Hauschka – an internationally recognised, organic, and iconic skincare brand.
