My birth kit is packed and ready for when baby decides the time has come 🤍

One of the reasons I love using homeopathy during childbirth is because it can be such a gentle but effective support throughout labour and recovery. Remedies are selected individually depending on what’s happening physically and emotionally in the moment — whether that’s fear, shock, exhaustion, overwhelm, bruising, slow contractions or recovery afterwards.
