❤️ First top of the day was a long coffee at a well known coffee shop (other coffee shops are available!) 😀

🩷 Second stop of the day was Iceland to pick up some Slimming World meals for the freezer. Needed these to help out on a very busy couple of weeks during promotion!

🔆 From Member ➡️ to Consultant 🔆

💫 In every Slimming World group there is someone who inspires others week after week, someone whose quiet persistence and heart become a foundation for something much bigger than they had ever imagined.
💫 Today, having lost an incredible 6 stone and still a dedicated long term member, I am so very proud to have become a Slimming World Consultant.
💫 This transformation is more than a number on the scales, it’s about taking control, building confidence and proving to myself that change was possible no matter how long my journey took.
💫 It was never going to be a quick fix or overnight miracle, it was real life, ups and downs, holidays, celebrations, setbacks and breakthroughs all navigated with the support of a local group.
💫 Now, I can bring my experience into all of my Slimming World sessions so that when members walk into my group unsure and nervous they will know how powerful it is to have someone believe in them too.
💫 As a Consultant my groups are full of unique members whose lives are all very different. Members are motivated with compassion and victories are shared and support is unconditional.
