Low back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, and is often associated with costly and ineffective care

1️⃣ Rarely dangerous
2️⃣ Getting older is NOT a cause of back pain
3️⃣ Persistent back pain rarely linked to serious tissue damage
4️⃣ Scans rarely show cause
5️⃣ Pain with movement and exercise does NOT mean harm
6️⃣ Not caused by poor posture
