I don’t diet for holidays…

No crash diets… no pre holiday panics.

My habits don’t change with the seasons.

I train consistently.
I hit my daily steps.
I prioritise protein.
I eat to support my goals all year round (most of the time 😬)

So when holidays come, NOTHING CHANGES…
