Monday was fog, Tuesday was wind, Wednesday was wind and rain and today was just wet!! Let’s hope that means tomorrow will bring some sunshine.

Monday we saw fog so thick we couldn’t see where we were going and Tuesday we had gusts so strong they nearly blew us away but everyone showed up.

We’re lucky that for those who are rising in their sessions, we are able to stay off the lanes if necessary so when the weather is foggy rising can still be part of the session.

☕️🌟 Did you know it’s National Coffee Break Day? 🌟☕️

Thanks to some of our lovely clients, we now have a coffee machine in the tack room, perfect timing! While your child (or the child in your care) is having their session, why not treat yourself to a fancy coffee and take a well-deserved break?

Make yourself a drink, find a cosy spot, breathe, and enjoy a few minutes of calm. You’ve earned it. 💛

Turning emotions into art 💛🎨

This activity was all about helping us understand how our words can make others feel and how powerful they can be. We talked about the idea that while we can’t always choose how we feel, we can choose how we react to those feelings and the words we use.

We explored words that can hurt or upset, and then transformed those feelings into art. The artwork collaboration with Leo helped to cover up the words we should try not to use, while highlighting emotions and positive words instead, showing that feelings are valid, but how we express them really matters.

Using creativity allowed space for reflection, expression and understanding in a gentle, non-judgemental way. It was a powerful reminder that emotions aren’t “good” or “bad”, it’s what we do with them that counts 💛

A lovely, thoughtful session full of learning, creativity and growth ✨

🌟 HATS! HELMETS! LIDS! Whatever you call them, you’ve got to wear them! It’s National Day today so it’s the perfect time to remind you that our hats are all up to regulation standard. 🪖

We have a few lovely new hats to our collection and all our hats have had their safety check and date stamp. Our hats are all checked against the up to date BHS safety standard levels.
