My time teaching yoga has come to an end...for now. Tuesday night classes will be ending soon. I will notify you all when the last class will be. Springwood Community Centre is still a fantastic local resource that serves the community.

Sundays special 2 hour anniversary class was amazing- thanks so much to everyone that came along! I was given a lot of good feedback and will be planning another one for a few months away.

Classes resume this Tuesday, 20th May, 6pm at Springwood Community Centre

Are there any questions you have about yourself, the world around you? Any decisions you're having trouble making? Some sort of obstacle standing in your way? Tonight's theme was 'clarity' through focusing on the mind, body and breath in our yoga practice, we can gain better insight into our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can help us gain clarity in our life, giving perspective on some of those tricky questions we ask ourselves.
