✨ Exciting News from Intent Yoga!
We’re adding a fourth class to our weekly schedule — and this one is perfect for beginners!
Starting 25th February
🕓 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Denmead Community Centre
Join us for a Gentle Yoga Flow designed to help you build confidence and move at your own pace. This class will incorporate:
🌿 Soft, flowing vinyasa sequences
🌬 Breath work to calm and centre
⚖ Finding balance in body and mind
💪 Awakening strength gently and safely
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to return to the basics, this class is a supportive space to begin or deepen your practice.
