LIQUID RHINO 🦏PLASTY
In this case my patient already had a beautiful nose. We placed small micro boluses across the slight depressed and deviated planes. By having a thin layer of filler placed across the nasal bone and then a beautiful naturally raised tip the light shines perfectly off the lower lateral cartilage tip.

The aim with my lovely patient here is to create more balance by correcting minor instances of asymmetry. We treated the periorbital region (tear troughs), chin, jawline and lips. My patient wanted to look fresher, she felt her eyes made her look tired due to the formation of tear troughs. Often mid face collapse is the reason for tear trough formation. Here we directly treated the treat trough area with a blunt tip cannula medically.

Today’s tear trough procedure on this lovely patient at our London clinic. She complained of tired looking eyes due to staring at a computer as part of her job. By strategic and subtle placement of dermal filler retrograde to the orbital region using a cannula we gave her a much more refreshed look and thus restoring the volume loss to this area. Notice the dark appearance of the eyes have reduced and there was minimal pain and bruising. Our client was pleasantly surprised by the results and was very happy with the outcome.

This wonderful lady came to me for the second time to address her gummy smile appearance. Over 2 sessions of dermal fillers we have managed to improve the right side of her smile which had more gum showing than the right. Over a further 1ml dermal filler top up we have managed to improve smile asymmetry. Our client was very pleased with her overall result.
A gummy smile can be treated in two ways; anti wrinkle or dermal fillers or a combination of both.
A gummy smile is due to various things; from problems with the teeth, your bone structure, your gums, a short upper lip and overactivity of the muscles that create your smile.
It the upper lip elevator muscles, that lift the upper lip up are overactive/hyperactive, they reveal too much gum tissue on smiling. This is one of the most common causes of a gummy smile.

What are superficial fat compartments and why do they play an important role in skin ageing?
The superficial fat compartments are located between the skin and the Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS). They are made up of collagen, fat cells, elastin, and muscle.
As we age the fat compartments lose volume, migrate and descend; resulting in skin sagging. This can contribute to the creation of hollows under the eyes and the flattening of the mid face; particularly the cheek area. This in turn leads to accentuation of cheek jowls.
Volume loss can thankfully be helped with the strategic and subtle placement of dermal fillers.
