From raising money and awareness to bringing people together with a cake sale, beautiful garden party, and refreshing mocktails, it was a truly special celebration full of community spirit and support. A big thank you to Graham, an Advanced Paramedic from the Hertfordshire Rapid Response Team, who visited us this afternoon to deliver an informative and valuable training session for our team.
The session focused on how the Rapid Response Team can support residents in care homes and help avoid unnecessary hospital admissions by providing specialist assessment and care in the home environment.
It was a fantastic opportunity for our staff to learn more about the services available and how we can continue working together to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Thank you again, Graham, for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us.
