With the new lockdown for England starting this week, reflexologists are amongst many other workers in being unable to continue doing their usual business until restrictions are lifted.

In these uncertain times self care is more important than ever & we must find enjoyment in small things.

After the latest COVID-19 announcement yesterday, it can be seen from the Government 'Close Contact Guidance that in England reflexologists are unable to return to work at this time.

So this is still a waiting game for me and many others.

But... the sun is shining and self care is still important..get out and be calmed by nature.

Although it’s now Week 7 of lockdown, I’m still loving the local walks & they help to keep my mind and body well. Even if you don’t feel like it, get out every day for a walk - you won’t regret it.
