Just wanted to share a few things I personally use that have made a huge difference to my joints and overall recovery 👇
🧴 What I Take
1. Turmeric / Curcumin / Ginger / Black Pepper
→ Supports inflammation & joint health
2. Omega 3 (High Quality)
→ Nordic Oils / Nordic Naturals are great options
3. Creatine Monohydrate (any brand)
→ 10–20g daily
→ Supports strength, performance & recovery
4. Whey Protein
→ Easy way to increase daily protein intake
→ Supports muscle repair
5. Collagen
→ Supports joints, tendons & ligaments
→ I used
⚠️ Important
Supplements only work if the basics are in place:
✅ Quality sleep
✅ Proper rest days
✅ Enough calories
✅ High protein intake
✅ Regular mobility & stretching

*You must complete a full round before your partner goes. You also MUST tag them before they can begin!
