Welcome back, everyone.
For many of you, this marks your first full week back into structured training. Take the week in your stride and don’t be discouraged if things feel a little tougher than usual. Feeling slightly weaker or off the mark is completely normal after some time away, especially following a period of reduced training, increased rest, or more relaxed eating and drinking.

🎄 Christmas is just around the corner 🎄
The festive season is meant to be enjoyed — good food, good drinks, good people. And yes… that’s absolutely OK.
But here’s my advice 👇🏼
Don’t press pause on training for the whole of December.
Enjoy Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve + Day — fully, guilt-free.
Every other day? Get back to it. Train. Move. Sweat.
You don’t lose progress from enjoying a few special days.
You lose momentum by switching off completely.
Stay consistent. Stay moving.
Start January feeling strong — not like you’re starting from scratch.

• You show up on days you’d normally skip
• You move better, learn faster, and progress further
