Yesterday’s Silent Walk in Whippendell was absolutely gorgeous.

The sounds of the woods were so intense and calmingwith birdsong and woodpeckers echoing through the trees.

We finished with a meditation, and it felt like such a special space. I can’t wait to experience these woods in spring
