Hi Everyone,
My name is Darren and I would like to WELCOME you to DRGNFLY360 - A project forged from my passion for INSPIRING and EMPOWERING individuals and small businesses (of all types & specialise in creative) to GROW towards achieving the goals and vision that they have for themselves. To support this, along with my Enthusiasm for NLP and ongoing Performance Coaching courses, I have a wealth of professional experience covering Corporate Training (TELCO), Technical SME Business Account Management (Technology), Recruitment, Sales (B2B and B2C) and Process Improvement. Additionally, in my free time I am a lover of life and the wonders of our world, a DJ of some 15 years, a Photographer and Entrepreneur. The ride has not been a smooth at all, there have been successes and there have been failures, there have been so many joys and there may have even been the odd tear holistically however, it has been an enriching time and I have learnt so much from so many amazing people who have supported my development over the years. What do Dragonflies have to do with coaching? - Well, the short answer is Nothing! Dragonflies are however all about change and evolution considering they begin life as an underwater larvae and transforming magnificently to become comfortable not only on water but land and air as well. And, if that wasn't enough, their new pair of eyes gifts them with an astounding near 360° view of the world – Nature at it’s finest. Taking all that on board, Dragonflies are a great natural example of significant change and perspective and thus 'DRGNFLY360' was born and is being nurtured with Purpose, Passion and a worldly Curiosity using personal performance coaching and my own images to enhance the focus of others and be a supportive catalyst positive action.
