This morning, take a minute to pop outside, and just listen.
Really listen and see what you can hear…
Birds? Cars? The neighbours dog?
Listen for the quietest sound you can hear.
And now the loudest.
And take in a deep breath,
All the way down to your tummy
And release.
Again.
In. Out. Feeling the expansion as you inhale, the softening and letting go as you exhale.
Maybe even offer yourself a gentle smile.
Do this when your mind gets a bit busy, when things feel a little chaotic.
Listen. Breathe. Reset.
