Just not for fat loss.
When calories are equal, fat loss will be the same regardless of how you split carbs, fats and protein. đ
But that doesnât mean theyâre pointless.
Protein - keeps you fuller and helps you keep/build muscle.
Carbs - fuel your training and performance.
Fats - support hormones and general health.
So yes â they all have a role.
But none of them override calories.
You donât lose fat because of âlow carbâ or âhigh proteinâ.
You lose fat because youâre in a calorie deficit.
