💯 IT’S ALWAYS DOWN TO CALORIES…

Macros matter.

Just not for fat loss.

When calories are equal, fat loss will be the same regardless of how you split carbs, fats and protein. 👈

But that doesn’t mean they’re pointless.

Protein - keeps you fuller and helps you keep/build muscle.
Carbs - fuel your training and performance.
Fats - support hormones and general health.

So yes — they all have a role.

But none of them override calories.

You don’t lose fat because of “low carb” or “high protein”.

You lose fat because you’re in a calorie deficit.

Every single time. 💯

It won’t be.

It was there at the start.

New plan.
New week.
New start.
“I’m all in this time.”

That’s motivation.

And it fades, really fu***ng quick.

Then you’re just sat around waiting for it to come back, but not actually doing anything about it.

And so you fall off.

Because you’re relying on a feeling.

Results don’t come from being “up for it”.

They come from doing the work when you’re not.

If you want to see change.

Park the motivation excuse and stop waiting to feel like it.

Do what needs to be done anyway. 💯

💯 ALL DIETS WORK THE SAME WAY…

Calories.

Every single diet that gets you leaner works because of a calorie deficit.

Not carbs.
Not sugar.
Not timing.
Not “clean eating”.
Not specific, magical meal plans.

Calories.

You can blame anything you want.

But if it’s not working, you’re not in a deficit. 👈

And the reason for that?

You’re eat too much, because the meal plan is s**te.

So instead of fixing that, you jump to another diet, another meal plan.

Low carb.
Cut this. Remove that.

And yeah, you might drop weight fast.

(That’s mostly water by the way.)

But any actual fat loss?

Still comes from calories. 👍

So you keep bouncing between meal plans.

And end up confused, frustrated and stuck in a loop.

Here’s the fix:

👉 Track your food.
👉 Learn what you’re actually eating.
👉 Stay consistent.

That’s it.

No magic. No shortcuts.

Just control.

Anyone telling you it’s anything other than calories is guessing.

If fat loss isn’t happening — look at your intake, not the next meal plan. 💯

MOST PEOPLE SEE £10 A MONTH AND THINK ONE OF TWO THINGS….

👉 “What’s the catch?”
👉 “It can’t be that good.”

I get that.

Because the fitness industry has done a great job in convincing people that you you need to spend £150–£250 a month to get results.

It’s the ONLY WAY. 🤨

You don’t.

What you actually need is:
☝️A structured plan
☝️Progression built in
☝️Training that makes sense
☝️Calorie and Protein targets

That’s it.

That’s what builds strength.
That’s what changes your physique.
That’s what builds confidence.

The reason this works isn’t because it’s cheap.

It works because it’s the same programming behind the results you see on my page.

You don’t get results by doing things sometimes.

Thinking you’re “good with food” isn’t enough.

Weekends off? That’s where you undo everything.
Daily treats? They add up faster than you think.

It’s not one thing.

It’s the consistency of all of it.

If you want consistent results, you need consistent effort.
Every day.

You don’t need a better plan.
You just need to actually follow one. ☝️

“I’ll never look like that.”
“I just don’t see it happening for me.”

That’s where you lose.

There is no fixed limit on what you can achieve.
Only the one you put on yourself.

You’re comparing your day 1 to someone else’s year 5.

Of course it feels impossible. 😑

But that doesn’t mean it is.

Will you look incredible in 3 months? No.
6 months? Probably not.
1 year? You’re getting there.
Give it time? 100%.

The problem isn’t what’s possible.

It’s your expectations.

Stop writing yourself off.
Stop comparing timelines.

See it.
Use it.
Chase it.

And get out of your own way. 💯

If you’re not lifting weights and getting stronger, you’re not going to see the progress you think you should.

Yes, everything in that post can be part of fat loss.

I’m not saying classes and cardio don’t have a place.
They do.

But none of it builds muscle.

And without muscle?

No shape.
No definition.
No “tone”.

Build muscle.
Get lean.
See the difference.

Now go lift some weights. 💪

But you do need to spend less time around people who pull you down…

And more time around people who lift you up.

You don’t need constant negativity.

You don’t need people questioning what you’re doing.

Weekends are the worst for it.

“You’re being boring.”
“Go on, you only live once.”
“It won’t hurt you.”

That s**t keeps you stuck.

You’re trying to move forward…

And they’re dragging you back to where THEY feel comfortable.

So set the standard.

And if people don’t like it?

Tell them to f**k off. 💯

Not “brave”.

Somewhere along the line it got twisted around.

“Don’t get bulky.”
“Stick to light weights.”
“Just tone.”

All bulls**t.

Muscle is what shapes your body.
Strength is what builds confidence.
And lifting is what gets you both.

So stop holding yourself back.

Stop worrying about what it looks like.
