🌙 Mystic Lunar Update • Behind the Veil 🌙

I just wanted to share a little update about what i am brewing 🧙🏻‍♀️
While things may look quiet on the surface, behind the scenes I’ve been weaving, shaping, conjuring and pouring my soul into creating something truly spectacular for Mystic Lunar®.

This next chapter is bigger, deeper and more magical than anything I’ve ever built before and I’m working so hard to bring my full vision to life. Every detail, every new idea, every spark of inspiration is being infused with intention, healing energy, and a whole lot of witchy love. 🖤✨

As I grow Mystic Lunar into the dream I’ve always seen in my mind’s eye, I am currently offering Distance Reiki Healing only.
This allows me to continue supporting your healing journeys while dedicating the time and focus I need to build the next evolution of Mystic Lunar.

👹✨ Krampusnacht: The Shadow Before the Light ✨👹

5th December

Tonight we enter one of the oldest nights of winter folklore, Krampusnacht, the night when the shadow walks beside the light.

Long before Christmas existed, Alpine pagan traditions honoured the darker spirits of winter: wild, untamed entities that represented the cold, the chaos, and the deep shadow work that midwinter brings.
One of these ancient beings later became known as Krampus.

As Christianity spread, these older pagan spirits weren’t erased they were woven into new stories. That’s why tonight, the eve of St. Nicholas Day, holds this beautifully strange duality:

🌑 Tonight: the wild, primal, shadow energy (Krampusnacht)

🌕 Tomorrow: the gentle, giving, light energy (St. Nicholas Day)

It’s a reminder of a simple truth every witch already knows:
Shadow and light walk together. One cannot exist without the other.

Krampus isn’t a “demon” in the modern sense, he’s a leftover echo from pre-Christian winter lore, a symbol of the part of the season that invites us to face ourselves honestly, release what no longer serves us, and acknowledge our own wild, untamed magic.

✨ How to honour Krampusnacht in a gentle witchy way:
• Light a candle in a dark room and sit with your shadow
• Release the behaviours or energies that have been “nipping at your heels”
• Offer gratitude to the balance of both shadow and light
• Let tonight be a reminder that you are whole — every part of you

🌕❄️ Cold Moon — Tonight’s Witchy Energy

11:14pm UK Time — Full Moon in Her Winter Throne ❄️🌕

Tonight the moon reaches her final fullness of the year.
The Cold Moon, the witch’s moon of release, reflection, and rebirth.

This is the moon that strips everything back to truth.
No masks. No noise. No pretending.
Just you, your shadow, and the wisdom you’ve earned.

Under this moon:

🌬️ Old energy cracks and falls away
Outdated habits, old wounds, draining connections,
anything heavy you’ve carried through the year begins to loosen.

🖤 Your shadow steps forward gently
Not to frighten you, but to show you what still needs healing.
Pay attention to the emotions that rise tonight,
they’re messages, not setbacks.

✨ Your intuition sharpens
Dreams feel louder, tarot feels clearer,
and your spiritual gifts feel closer to the surface.

🔥 The path ahead becomes visible
The Cold Moon doesn’t bring chaos,
it brings clarity. Crystal, icy, honest clarity.

As the veil between worlds grows thin, we enter the sacred turning of the wheel. Samhain, a night to honour the dead, release the old, and welcome the dark half of the year with reverence and magic.

Tonight the air hums with spirit whispers and ancient energy. Light your candles, place an offering for your ancestors, and let your intuition guide you. This is a time for reflection, divination, and transformation, a moment to listen deeply to the shadows and trust what they reveal.

✨ Ways to honour Samhain:
🖤 Create an ancestor altar with candles, photos, and offerings
🕯️ Burn away what you’re ready to release and set intentions for the new cycle
🔮 Pull tarot cards or scry by candlelight

As the veil begins to thin, October drifts in with her whisper of mystery. This is the month of falling leaves, glowing pumpkins, and the sacred turning of the Wheel of the Year. The air feels charged with possibility, every sunset a reminder that transformation is not only natural but necessary.

October is magical because it invites us to slow down, honour the darker half of the year, and embrace the unseen. It’s the season of witches, ancestors, and the unseen threads that connect us. A time to set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and open ourselves to the enchantment waiting in the shadows.

Tonight I crafted this spell jar under the turning wheel of the year calling in abundance, balance, and gratitude, while releasing what no longer serves me. 🌿🕯️

🌙🍁 Blessed Mabon 🍁🌙

Today we welcome the Autumn Equinox! a sacred time of balance, gratitude, and abundance. Mabon reminds us to honour the light and the dark in equal measure, to give thanks for the harvests in our lives, and to release what no longer serves us as the wheel of the year turns.

✨ Mabon Abundance Ritual ✨
1. Gather a small candle (gold, green, or orange is perfect), a bowl of water, and 3 autumn leaves.
2. Light your candle and take a moment to breathe deeply, feeling gratitude for all the blessings you already hold.
3. Dip each leaf into the water, naming something you wish to welcome in – abundance, love, health, creativity – then place the leaf by the candle.
4. As the flame burns, imagine your intentions glowing with golden light, carried into the coming season.
5. Close by saying:
“With balance and gratitude, I welcome abundance into my life. So mote it be.”

🍂 Keep the leaves on your altar or windowsill until they dry, then release them back to nature.

🌕✨ May this Mabon bring you harmony, blessings, and abundant energy for the months ahead.

🌾 Blessed Lammas, Witches! 🌾
As the wheel of the year turns, we welcome Lammas, the first harvest festival, a time to give thanks for abundance, growth, and the blessings we’ve nurtured since Imbolc and Beltane. 🌞

This is the season of ripening and reaping, both in nature and in our lives. Just as the fields are heavy with grain, so too are we ready to harvest the goals, intentions, and dreams we planted earlier this year.

Lammas is perfect for:
✨ Gratitude rituals – honour all that you’ve achieved so far this year
✨ Working with the energy of abundance, prosperity, and manifestation
✨ Sun and fire magic – honouring the waning power of the summer sun

Crystals & Herbs for Lammas:
