Our new survey highlights how for many slimmers, calorie counting can quickly become tedious, limiting and leave you feeling hungry. At Slimming World we know that the key to long-term successful weight management is behaviour change support.

Our members learn to plan and base meals on foods which are naturally low in calories and that will fill them up and keep them satisfied for longer. We call them ‘Free Food’ because members enjoy them without restriction, and without the need to weigh, measure or count. So from next week we can finally meet face to face in group.

Sessions will be shorter like last summer when we came out of the 1st lockdown.

I will be doing the following sessions

8.00am - weigh in 15 mins image therapy 30mins (full)

9.00am - as above (spaces available)

10.00am - as above (spaces available)
