Welcome to ADO Therapy.

We are a specialist team of therapists offering a range of well-being and therapeutic services, working with individuals, groups, parents and professionals. We work across a range of services encompassing both mental and physical challenges of life. We offer programmes on a 1 to 1 or small group session formats, although we are well known for our bespoke programming meeting all needs. Amongst the many benefits that our services provide, our staff are trained to provide opportunities for children, young people and adults across a wide demographic of mental and physical needs.
