Have you been thinking of trying a yoga class, but aren’t sure where to begin? Stepping onto the mat for the first time can feel daunting! My classes are welcoming, inclusive, and supportive — the perfect place to start or to return to your practice.
My classes are:
Trauma-informed and supportive – You’ll never be pushed or adjusted. Instead, I guide you to listen to your body, honour your boundaries, and move in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Authentic to yoga’s roots – These classes aren’t about chasing poses or burning calories. They’re about breath, presence, and weaving in gentle wisdom from yoga philosophy that you can carry off the mat into your daily life.
Accessible and inclusive – Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after some time away, I offer clear guidance and variations so you can practise with confidence, at your own pace.
A practice that supports life – While yoga with me isn’t “fitness-focused,” you’ll naturally build strength, mobility, and energy — all while creating more calm and clarity in your mind.
Affordable and flexible - Just £8 per session with class passes available to bring the cost down even further.
There are plenty of classes that approach yoga as a workout. Mine are different. I teach yoga as it was always meant to be — a practice of connection, balance, and self-discovery.
So if you’re looking for a yoga class that welcomes you just as you are, and invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect, I’d love to see you at one of my classes. I have spaces at the following:
Tuesdays 7.30 - 8.30pm at The Pod, Spencer Street, Burton Latimer
Saturdays 9.30-10.30am at The Pod, Spencer Street, Burton Latimer
