I am a local Mobile Sports Therapist offering excellent quality deep tissue sports massage at low prices. I have recently completed my Foundation Degree in Sports Therapy and have progressed onto the Sports Therapy Bsc. I am able to travel to most places in the local area and can offer deep tissue sports massage all over the body in different forms:
- Deep Transverse Frictions to help realign those painful and irritating knots.
-Neuromuscular Techniques and soft tissue release to break down knots and help the pain to subside.
- Muscle Energy Techniques to help stretch the muscles out and prevent/ treat spasmed muscles.
- General Deep Tissue maintenance massage to help prevent the initial formation or re-occurrence of injuries.

*I am still studying at The University Of Northampton and will therefore be learning more techniques all the time and will utilise these learned techniques to continually develop professionally*
