Today marks the start of , an annual occurrence which is dedicated to celebrating inclusion and highlighting its importance and impact within the workplace.

This years theme is which emphasises the importance of inclusion, urgency, resilience, and the need to push forward – focusing on practical steps that make inclusion sustainable and embedded within our organisations.

🚨 Did you know that we are starting a NEW Inclusive Activity Session for adults with disabilities in Ashill near Ilminster? 🥳

From Monday 22nd September, we'll be offering weekly multi-sports sessions that include a range of engaging and accessible activities. We believe everyone deserves a space to move, connect and have fun, no matter their ability, so why not join us and try something new at your own pace!

The summer holidays might be over, but we're not quite done sharing the photos from an action-packed 6 weeks of fun! ☀

At the beginning of last week, we concluded our summer by teaming up with Eleven Roller Disco for another brilliant Inclusive Family Roller Skating Session. There were lots of smiles, laughter and cheers as we practised our skating skills, attempted some fun challenges and took on the limbo! 🛼😁

Next up... the October half term! We will be posting the details for our activities over the next few weeks, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled on this page to find out more 🍂

We ticked off another first during the summer holidays - a trip down to Calvert Devon for our FIRST EVER Inclusive Family Outdoor Activity Day! ☀️

We had a day full of fun, laughter and adventure as we took part in abseiling, zip wire and rafting, with both young people and adults alike conquering their fears and trying something new. And of course, it wouldn't be one of our water based activities without anyone wanting to take a dip and getting very wet! 🧗‍♀️🚣‍♂️💦

What a wonderful experience for us all - thank you Calvert Devon! 😁

Join Adventure Therapy for an exciting morning of archery and bushcraft! This session combines the thrill of learning to shoot arrows with hands-on woodland skills like fire-lighting. It’s a great way to build confidence, enjoy nature, and learn something new in a relaxed and supportive environment.
