Well, the exciting news is that I have a new, bigger, brighter clinic space in Builth Wells.

You can now find me at Unit 8, Antur Gwy.

Huge thanks to the lovely folk at The Corner Collective for having me for almost two years - but it's time for a place of my own.

I'm now booking September and October so get in touch if you'd like a treatment.

Another fab UFD Fitness and Salsa weekender at the Metropole in Llandrindod. I didn't do any dancing this year but I did do a lot of massages for some very lovely people!

It's a fab event, everyone is so friendly and there's loads going on for all levels, all ages, all fitness backgrounds. I'd really recommend looking out for it next year :)
