Based on suggestions provided by Public Health, ‘My Back to School Bubble’ aims to help children understand the new protective measures that may be in place at their school, in an age-appropriate way. It reinforces public health messages including the importance of hand and respiratory hygiene, while reassuring children that everyone makes mistakes, helping to combat feelings of anxiety, that have been reported by parents.

🌞 The heat is really cranking up this week 🌞

💜 My husband and I have the same conversation every night when the bedroom gets warm...

*what shall we dress Noah in for bed tonight? Legs or no legs? Long sleeves, short sleeves, no sleeves? Which tog sleeping bag?"

🥵 I am terrified of him overheating but at the same time, he likes to be on the toasty side and since birth has been a warm baby. I never know what to do for the best!

💚 We use this chart as a guide of how to dress him each night. And add/remove layers through the night if the temperature changes on the GroEgg.

🌈 Hope this helps if you are unsure too.

💕🐑 Sweet dreams babies 🐑💕

Every baby is different and it’s important to check if their chest or back of neck feels clammy as this is a sign they are getting too hot. If your baby’s skin is hot or sweaty, remove one or more layers of bedclothes or bedding.
