✨ An Uplifting Evening of Friendship, Reflection, Vision, and Community ✨
I’m filled with gratitude after Focus Counselling’s first-ever Vision Evening on 22nd May. What a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we come together to support mental health in our community.
The night’s success was made possible by:
💫 The incredible support of who generously gifted us such a stunning venue.
💫 The delicious canapés from in Bath, which fueled many meaningful conversations.
💫 The inspiring endorsement of , and her daughters Sophie & Emily Samuel, who brought their wisdom to the evening through a live mini ‘agony aunt’ session from their fantastic Therapy Works podcast.
💫 Most of all, the palpable encouragement from all our friends and supporters—your presence means the world.
✨ And we proudly launched three exciting new initiatives:
Neurodivergence Peer Support Group
A safe space for up to 12 neurodivergent women, co-facilitated by neurodivergent therapists, to connect, share, and grow together.
Free Self-Help Guides
Our first downloadable guide is coming soon—full of practical tools and strategies for managing depression and low mood.
Friends of Focus Fundraising Appeal
A call to our amazing community to help sustain our mission. Whether it’s £5, £50, or £500 a month, your support keeps our lifeline open for those in need.
