Hi!! 👋🏼 I thought I would reintroduce myself, my name is Katie.

I’ve been a Sports Therapist for 9 years and recently started my own practice here at Mendip Court, on the outskirts of Wells.

My passion for Sports Therapy stems from a personal journey. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I experienced first hand the demands and challenges of pushing physical limits. Injuries and aches were a frequent reality, and regular massages and sports therapy were crucial to my well-being. It was during those years that I realised my calling – to help others achieve their athletic goals and feel their best. 💪
With 9 years of experience, starting with holistic therapies and in 2017 completing a (BSc Hons) Sports Therapy degree from UWE Bristol, I bring a unique blend of expertise and therapies to my practice. I believe in a personalised approach, tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of my clients.
